For blog post 4 we were asked to search on some search engines for information on our topics using keywords for our specific topic. My topic is pastoral and why are so many pastors dropping out of ministry. I chose to do step number 1.
Step number one asked us to use general search engines (other then google) to find more information on our topic:
I used Yahoo.com and bing.com and these are some of the good results I found:

-One big thing I found helpful about this specific source is that they list results from a church growth survey on how Pastors feel about their ministry and struggles they have.
2. http://www.biblicalperspectives.com/books/women_church/4.html
-This site gives a lot of information about Pastors and elders and their functions and more roles.
3. http://crossandblood.com/page.php?27
-This site gives more information on what examples of bad leaders and pastors are so this is useful for me to show why people drop out of ministry.
Yes I do find this helpful and useful because it forced me to look more into researching and made me look more and more at information on my subject.
